Chino Hills encompasses 46 square miles in southwestern San Bernardino County with an approximate population of 66,000.
Chino Hills is centrally located among several major freeways conveniently within the junction of four Southern California Counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino. Therefore, linking Chino Hills' residents to other urban areas, business, and recreational sites. Speaking of convenience, Chino Hills is also only 20 minutes away from Ontario International Airport.

The City of Norco, incorporated as a general law City in 1964, is an animal-keeping and equestrian-oriented community situated along the Interstate 15 Freeway in Western Riverside County, CA. The City limits cover an area of approximately 14 square miles, with a permanent population of approximately 25,000. Residents enjoy over 400 acres of parkland and 70 miles of horse trails. Norco is also home to the U.S. Naval Warfare Assessment Division, the California Rehabilitation Center and the Riverside Community College, Norco Campus.
